Although all our cookies do not contain nuts, they are made and sold in facilities where nuts are used. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of nuts or nut traces. Individuals with serious nut allergies should not consume our products.

ABOUT OUR COOKIES
- What is the expiration date for your cookies?
Our cookies stay fresh for up to 12 days, if they are kept in sealed containers.
Since we do not put any preservatives in our recipes, its better not to leave them on the open.
If you wish to keep your cookies for longer, you can put them in an container and freeze them for up to 3 months.
Once you remove them from the freezer, they thaw in 15 minutes at room temperature. Just place them in the microwave for 10 seconds and they will taste great!
We do not recommend refrigeration of the cookies- they will dry out.

- How much is delivery?
Delivery fees depend on distance of location and size of your order. Due to ongoing fuel cost changes, we are constantly updating our delivery cost. You can find them here.
- When do you deliver the cookies?
You will be able to choose the delivery date upon checkout at our website. Our typical delivery window is between 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays. If you would like delivery during a specific time frame, please put it on a note during order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we do make deliveries on weekends, however delivery time ranges from 10 am onwards.
- What is "Local Delivery"?
"Local delivery" refers to delivery in within 30 km from our bakery.
- Do you deliver to commercial establishments such as hospitals, offices, hotels or school?
We are able to deliver to commercial establishments such as hospitals, offices, hotels and Schools. For all the cases, please add recipient's phone number when placing your order.
Please find certain information we would need to make sure the delivery is smooth:
Delivery to Hospitals: Please advise if the delivery is going to a staff member or patient. We would also need extra information such as building name, floor number, department and room.
Delivery to Hotel: Please advise if the delivery is going to a staff member or guest. We would also need extra information such as check in & check out dates, company name (if applicable) and room number.
Delivery to School: Please advise if the delivery is going to a staff member or student. We would also need extra information such as building name, department and room number.
Essentially, the more information we have on the order, the faster the cookies will be reached to its intended destination.
